On Thursday, May 14th, the team hit the links once again for an organization that is quite literally reshaping communities across the globe: ICM (The Global Church Developer). We were incredibly honored to sponsor the 2026 Dois I. Rosser Memorial Golf Tournament.
A Global Mission with Local Roots
While ICM operates right out of our backyard in Hampton Roads, their impact is international. They work tirelessly to equip native pastors in developing nations by helping build permanent churches, community hope centers, and providing vital discipleship tools.
At The Roofing Company, Inc. we know a thing or two about building structures that stand the test of time, but ICM builds foundations that alter the trajectory of entire generations. This mission resonates deeply with our owners, Brian and Teresa Chalsma, who are passionate supporters of international mission work and spreading the Gospel worldwide.
Chipping in for Change
The annual golf tournament brings together local businesses, leaders, and faith communities to ensure that ICM can continue funding these life-changing construction projects abroad. It was a spectacular day on the course, knowing that every swing, putt, and sponsorship dollar directly helps establish safe places of worship and learning for thousands of people globally.
We are so grateful to the team at ICM for their vision and for letting us play a small role in their massive global blueprint!
