It was a night of glitz, glamour, and giving as the Newport News community gathered for the 2026 Peninsula Catholic High School (PCHS) Annual Gala and Auction. This year’s "Old Hollywood" theme set the stage for an incredible evening, and The Roofing Company, Inc. was proud to be right in the spotlight as a sponsor.

A Personal Connection to the "Cast" For us, this sponsorship is personal. Representing the team on the red carpet were President Brian Chalsma and Teresa Chalsma, alongside Greg and Staci Davis. This event held a special place in our hearts, as Staci is a proud PCHS parent whose son graduated from the school. Seeing the "Knights" spirit in action was a great reminder of why we love supporting local institutions that leave a lasting impact on our own families.

Supporting a Leading Role in Education Beyond the fun of the photo booth, the Gala serves a vital purpose. The funds raised during the auction provide the "supporting cast" for student success—funding tuition assistance, campus technology, and extracurricular programs that make PCHS such a powerhouse in Newport News.
