My on-site project manager, Greg, provided phenomenal customer service throughout the entire project, which ended up including not only new underlayment and shingles, but also structural repair that was uncovered during the project as well as new skylight installations. Greg kept me informed in real time as problem areas were uncovered, and did an amazing job of explaining what was found and how it would be fixed. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and kept me up-to-date as progress was made over the course of several days. Greg and the crew were respectful of my home and property, and took detailed measures to ensure that the surrounding area of my home was safe for them as well as the people and pets in my home. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up throughout the day.
