Project Description
Our team completed a home improvement project on a 1939 Chesapeake home. The project involved repairing the Buckingham blue/black slate on the front and back slope of the roof. In addition, we reflashed the chimney on the second-story slate roof area with new heavy-duty copper step flashing and counter flashing. To ensure the longevity of the roof, we also installed a new copper pipe collar around the plumbing vent and hip and ridge flashing.
