Project Description
The recent maintenance and repair project involved several key elements to ensure the structural integrity of the home. Firstly, the chimney step flashing on the left side of the second story was replaced to prevent any water damage. Secondly, the cracked mortar crown from the top of the chimney was replaced with a new commercial-grade mortar crown, ensuring that the chimney remains in good condition. Finally, the existing, loose piece of metal wrap at the peak of the second story on the right side of the home above the garage was resecured to prevent any potential hazards.
