Historical Metal Roof & Framing Restoration in Ivor, VA

Project Overview

This historic home restoration involved removing multiple existing metal layers to address underlying deck damage and ridge line sag. Our team executed structural leveling using custom framing supports, collar ties, and replacement plank board decking to ensure a solid foundation. We installed custom-fabricated 26-gauge standing seam metal panels with double-folded seams, a high-performance single-ply rubber membrane on low-slope sections, a high-temperature leak barrier, historic lime mortar repointing on the chimneys, and a half-round gutter system.
