1st Repair Area: Plumbing Vent Pipe Collar Replacement
The Roofing Company removed the existing two plumbing vent pipe collars and installed two new plumbing vent pipe collars with neoprene seals. This repair ensures a proper, weather-tight seal around the vent pipes, preventing any potential leaks or moisture intrusion.
2nd Repair Area: Siding Repair
Removed loose siding over the garage roof on the back slope and re-hung the existing siding securely. This will restore the integrity of the siding and maintain a consistent, finished appearance.
3rd Repair Area: Chimney and Flashing Repairs
Tuck-pointed open mortar joints on the roof side of the chimney, applying new mortar to seal these areas. Additionally, sealling open areas on the surface-mounted apron flashing on the front of the house and the chimney flashing with new sealant. These repairs will enhance the weatherproofing and prevent further deterioration of the chimney and flashing components.
