His day often culminates in a joyful reunion with his dog, whose special greeting is a daily highlight. And for true relaxation? Top tier service from top to bottom. I scheduled to have a leak in my roof repaired. Chuck showed up and was very knowledgeable, very straightforward, explained everything to me and showed me what they could do to get me right, it was a very reasonable price and there are no hidden fees. Unfortunately for me, life got in the way and I had to refund my down payment to pay for more pressing issues, but even that process was a breeze! I emailed Debbie and she was super quick and super understanding that life happens and was more than willing to help me with the refund. Though I wasn't able to speak on the end product, I can confidently say they have earned my business to get my roof repaired when my finances are straightened out. They really are a top notch company and you can tell they care about their customers!
