I had the pleasure of meeting Chuck Simpson from The Roofing Company when I called them to inspect what I thought was a roof issue. To my surprise, Chuck quickly identified that the problem may be actually related to my HVAC system, not the roof itself. Chuck’s professionalism and knowledge were immediately apparent. Top tier service from top to bottom. I scheduled to have a leak in my roof repaired. Chuck showed up and was very knowledgeable, very straightforward, explained everything to me and showed me what they could do to get me right, it was a very reasonable price and there are no hidden fees. Unfortunately for me, life got in the way and I had to refund my down payment to pay for more pressing issues, but even that process was a breeze! I emailed Debbie and she was super quick and super understanding that life happens and was more than willing to help me with the refund. Though I wasn't able to speak on the end product, I can confidently say they have earned my business to get my roof repaired when my finances are straightened out. They really are a top notch company and you can tell they care about their customers!

His analysis of the roof and skylight issues was very informative and his plan to correct the problems was thorough, reasonable and understandable. It’s very rare a company immediately responds to an online inquiry within an hour and even rarer that someone is there the next day to fix a single slate shingle that had fallen from a gambrel roof. Chuck was scheduled for 2 o’clock but stopped by earlier as he was on other jobs in the neighborhood which I appreciated as it freed up my afternoon. He had the repair material needed and was in and out within 10 minutes. As we are new owners of this house, he gave a little history of the work that had been done and then sent me drone footage of the roof identifying a few issues to keep an eye on.
