We had another great customer service experience today with Chuck Simpson. We have been Roofing Company customers for years and always appreciate the quality and professionalism. He set us up with the necessary long-term repair AND personally installed a temporary measure to prevent water intrusion until the repair crew is able to come.

Everything about the job to be done was thoroughly explained before the work began. Once the work was started, the crew was back every day until the job was completed. Excellent cleanup when job was completed. Greg was always available when needed. He even came to my house over Labor Day weekend to fix a remote which wasn’t working properly. Would definitely use The Roofing Company again if needed.
