Top tier service from top to bottom. I scheduled to have a leak in my roof repaired. Chuck showed up and was very knowledgeable, very straightforward, explained everything to me and showed me what they could do to get me right, it was a very reasonable price and there are no hidden fees. Unfortunately for me, life got in the way and I had to refund my down payment to pay for more pressing issues, but even that process was a breeze! I emailed Debbie and she was super quick and super understanding that life happens and was more than willing to help me with the refund. Though I wasn't able to speak on the end product, I can confidently say they have earned my business to get my roof repaired when my finances are straightened out. They really are a top notch company and you can tell they care about their customers!
My journey in healing my home began with an exceptional roof survey and discussion with Brian. My on-site project manager, Greg, provided phenomenal customer service throughout the entire project, which ended up including not only new underlayment and shingles, but also structural repair that was uncovered during the project as well as new skylight installations. Greg kept me informed in real time as problem areas were uncovered, and did an amazing job of explaining what was found and how it would be fixed. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and kept me up-to-date as progress was made over the course of several days. Greg and the crew were respectful of my home and property, and took detailed measures to ensure that the surrounding area of my home was safe for them as well as the people and pets in my home. They did an exceptional job of cleaning up throughout the day. I appreciate that Greg took the time to explain the process and what might occur during my roof replacement as well as the time he took after the project was completed to review all of the photos and details involved with healing such an integral part of my home. I cannot praise The Roofing Company enough!

Everything about the job to be done was thoroughly explained before the work began. Once the work was started, the crew was back every day until the job was completed. Excellent cleanup when job was completed. Greg was always available when needed. He even came to my house over Labor Day weekend to fix a remote which wasn’t working properly. We had our roof replaced. The sales rep Chuck was very professional presenting us with different options and warranties. The workers who came out were great-done in one day and after they left you wouldnt know they were there. Chris, the manager, came out and talked with both my husband the day of install and myself after. We walked around the house and he explained everything that was done as well as answering my questions about some other things I wanted to replace.
