Eligibility & Verification:
Employment: This offer is exclusive to current Sentara Healthcare employees. A valid Sentara employee ID or recent pay stub must be presented at the time of contract signing to qualify.
Property Type: Offer is valid for commercial properties and owner-occupied, residential single-family homes.
Townhome & Condo Policy: Full roof replacements for individual townhomes or condominiums are excluded. However, the discount is valid for slate repairs and installation of skylights or sun tunnels on these property types.
Exclusions & Limitations:
Service Restrictions: This offer applies to skylight and sun tunnel installations only; repair services for these items are not available.
