Offer Validity: This "July Roof Repair Special" is valid for services scheduled and completed between July 1, 2025, and July 31, 2025, inclusive.
Scope of Work: This special offer is strictly limited to residential shingle roof repairs only.
Exclusions: This offer expressly excludes all other types of roofing materials, repairs, and services, including but not limited to:  commercial roofing projects, flat roofs, slate roofs, metal roofs, tile roofs, 
full roof replacements, any non-repair related work (e.g., routine maintenance, inspections not leading to a repair under this special, cleaning), and repairs involving significant structural damage that requires more than a simple repair.
Residential Properties Only: This special is exclusively for owner-occupied or rented residential properties.
Estimates and Pricing: An estimate will be provided for all eligible repairs. The "special rate" applies to the labor and materials for eligible repairs as determined by The Roofing Company, Inc. after an initial assessment.
Appointments: All repairs are subject to scheduling availability. We recommend booking your service early in July to ensure your desired timeframe.
Combination with Other Offers: This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or coupons from The Roofing Company, Inc.
Payment: Payment for services rendered under this special is due at the time of signing the agreement and upon completion of the repair.
Right to Refuse Service: The Roofing Company, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to, repairs deemed beyond the scope of this special or unsafe working conditions.
Warranty: Standard warranty terms for repairs will apply and will be discussed upon estimate approval.
