The company representative who came and measured the house and told me all the options available. He gave me two printed detailed proposals (the basic and the best). He gave me a folder with brochures and details on options, colors, & warranties. When I called him to hire the company he also readily answered my questions. The next step was a visit from the site supervisor, Dink Cohen, who explained all the details of putting on the roof, what kind of mess to expect, protecting the plants, etc. He also reviewed the contract in detail before I signed it. There was a week and a half delay because of rain. The materials were delivered at 7:30 Monday and the crew started at 8:00. The job was done by 6:00pm Tuesday. Dink was sick so there was a new site supervisor, Shawn. There were six roofers and two carpenters. They worked hard and fast. Everyone was friendly and professional. I was consulted and shown any problems with the carpentry before it was done. The majority of the work was done on Monday and the finishing up done on Tuesday. The site was cleaned up before they left. The racket will get on your nerves. Get earplugs. The bill was actually a bit below the estimate. I was immensely pleased with the whole process from beginning to end.
