Duties:
Answer multiple phone lines, Schedule appointments for sales staff, update calendars, build folders, light office duties and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Position Requirements Include:
- Answer multiple phone lines
- Schedule appointments
- Computer skills a must
- Type at least 50 wpm
- Ability to multi-task
- Great people skills
- Excellent communication skills (ability to listen and speak clearly)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organization and interpersonal skills
$8/hour (depends on experience).

Saturdays

necessary,

bundle
of
shingles.

computer
skills
and
Windows
XP
is
preferred.
