While a lot of us have the luxury of air-conditioned workspaces, being a roofer requires eight or more hour days on rooftops that can register 70 degrees higher than on the ground. How does he do it? Adrian says, “We carry a shirt with us, keep it wet, drink lots of water, take a few breaks a day, and go home early.”
